Standard shipping is free Australia-wide. We do not ship outside Australia.
As we ship by courier we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.

If you’re not happy with your Hoka One One purchase, you may return your unworn item(s) with tags and packaging, within 14 days of shipment for exchange or a refund.
Items must be returned in a resalable condition (unworn, unwashed, with the tags still attached).
We recommend you utilize registered post as Hoka One One does not take responsibility for items not received if a customer attempts to send an item to Hoka One One via non registered post. Please allow 10 days from the day you return your product for your account to be credited or your exchange product to be redelivered.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns not purchased online through our retail stores and vice versa.
Faulty items will be inspected and if the item is deemed to be faulty due to manufacturing or fabric defect, Hoka One One will replace or refund free of additional freight charges. If deemed not to be faulty, it will not qualify for an exchange or refund under this return type.
If you change your mind Hoka One One is unable to accept items that have had the tags removed, have been customized, worn or washed. Change of mind returns only apply to items in a resalable condition. Additional re-delivery freight charges will not apply for replacement items. Hoka One One will either exchange the item or refund the amount of the item, less the original freight charges.
No redelivery fee is charged for exchanging a size. Please note that purchases via this website cannot be returned to retail Stores.
We recommend sending via Registered Post as we do not take responsibility for items we do not receive.
Refund Process and Timeframe
We process most returns within 10 business days of receiving the returned merchandise to our warehouse. You will receive an email confirmation once your return is processed.
Important: Once we initiate the credit for your return, the credit/debit card company that issued the credit determines the date the refund will post to your account. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit transaction to appear on your statement. For exact posting dates, please contact your credit/debit company directly.
We do not offer automatic exchanges on purchases through this website. If you would like the same shoe in another size or style, simply place a new order and return the first pair. We cannot guarantee that inventory will be available when placing a new order. Please contact us for more information.
