For 2015, the award-winning Clifton receives an updated upper with a focus on lightweight comfort in the cliFTon 2. A softer, lightly padded tongue provides increased protection across the foot, and structural overlays improve midfoot support. The industry-leading ride remains unchanged, and the road-focused outsole includes slight updates to the rubber placement to improve durability. When all is said and done, one of our favorite shoes just got better.

Super light and a great shoe to do speed work in. They are however slightly more narrow than the Bondi or the Challanger but nothing to major. I also went up a half size as I wear orthotics now and they are a perfect fit.
After been recommended the Hoka's, I have tried a number of different models. I find the Clifton 2 the best one for me. I usually alt these with another brand shoe, and find that when my other brand runner is out of mileage, the Hoka keep on going....and going!!!!! I love my Clifton's. The only thing is they are hard to find... Please supply us more..
So far, after 2 long runs I feel comfortable in my Hoka Clifton 2! The shoe is very cushioned and I seem to need more as I get older.
I just can't believe it took me this long, especially as a frequent trail runner, to make the switch to hoka. I think they look like moon boots but since I've been experiencing joint pain a friend recommended I try hoka, and the all black cliftons are perfect for me, someone who likes minimal style, black goes with everything, I'm so happy I made the switch, my run was so easy, especially down hill! Totally 100% recommend. Can't wait to get more k's in with these!
Very cushiony and comfortable to run in. Ran 18km with no issues. Very light. Need to get used to extra height from road as kept scuffing forefoot. Highly recommended.
