On day one this felt tight nd small and i wear a true size 43 (us 10). By day two this eased off and now it feels comfortable. I have run 80 kms so far in this shoe and coming from the Hoka Huaka this feels like its equal. Cushioned underfoot but bouncy, I love this! I took these on holidays to save space in my carryin luggage as i used these for going out and running as well and they were perfect in both settings.
