Named for HOKA Athlete Karl “Speedgoat” Meltzer, the Speedgoat 4 is part of an award-winning family known for making quick work of technical terrain. The fourth edition features a new breathable yet rugged mesh. We included 3D printed overlays for increased midfoot support and an overall more secure feel. Most importantly, we added a more accommodating fit in the toe box for a more comfortable ride. Grippy on the uphill and secure on the downhill, the Speedgoat 4 is badass on every trail.

Very happy. I’m 70 this year and recently plunged into some biggish miles on both road and trail. I was using the Bondi 6 for both but found I was ‘feeling’ the gravel roads in the Bush. So I bought the Speed Goat 4 and am now using it on the trails .... very happy
Bought this for doing the Camino de Santiago in September. As per other reviews the cushioning is awesome. Sadly I bought the wide version ( I have wide feet) but it it still scrunches my toes a little.. despite other brands in same sizing not doing so. In hindsight I should have gone up another half size but that’s the risk of buying online perhaps? Anyways despite being very cushioning it appears I have wasted $270 ( no longer have box and have worn around the block a few times hoping would stretch) so will either buy a larger size or look for something cheaper . I think if shoes were correct size they would be great, very light and soft underfoot but if you buy the wrong size then your a bit knackered lol.
